1. What Data Does caesr.ai Collect and Process?
We differentiate between the temporary data created during the automation process (Automation Content) and the persistent data required for account management and system optimization (User Profile Data).

2. Data Processing, Location, and Usage Policy
Where is my data stored and processed?
All data is processed inside the EU. This is a core commitment. Our primary subcontractors for hosting infrastructure (AWS / GCP) and customer data storage (MongoDB Atlas) are all located within the European Union.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We strictly do not use any customer data, including Automation Content (screenshots, messages) or User Profile Data, to train our AI models.
Why is my email address collected?
We store your email address for login and authentication purposes, which is necessary to identify you and grant you secure access to the service.
4. Data Retention Policy
How long do you keep my User Profile Data?
The duration for which we retain specific categories of User Profile Data is governed by operational necessity, legal requirements, and contractual obligations. Our detailed data retention policy is defined and governed by our Terms of Service (ToS).
5. Third-Party Processors (Subprocessors)
Do you share data with third parties?
We use a limited number of specialized subprocessors, primarily for core infrastructure (AWS, GCP, MongoDB Atlas, etc.). These services are necessary to provide the platform.

As a data subject under GDPR, you maintain all rights over your personal data.
