Will you use my data for training of AI models?

No, we never use customer data to train our models.

• The Terms of Service grant us a license to use de-identified data for improvement, but explicitly state: "We will not use any Customer Data that contains personally identifiable information (PII) for these purposes."

• We offer separate, custom training only for dedicated customers when actively wished for and opted into.

• We have contracts with our model providers (like Anthropic) to ensure they do not store or use data for model training.
