• Roles: Under the GDPR, you are the "Controller" (responsible for the legality of the data you provide), and AskUI acts as the "Processor" on your behalf.

• Subprocessors: Our primary hosting and customer data storage subcontractors (AWS and MongoDB Atlas) are located in the European Union.
