How do I update or cancel my subscription?

Whether you need to upgrade to a higher tier, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel your service, you can do it all from your account settings.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Access "Manage Subscription": Log into your Caesr account. On the left-hand menu, click on the Settings icon. Within the settings page, you will find a section for Billing with a button labeled "Manage Subscription." Click this button to proceed to your billing portal.

  2. Navigate the Billing Portal: Clicking "Manage Subscription" will redirect you to your personalized billing portal. Here, you will see an overview of your current subscription plan and billing details.

  3. Update Your Subscription: To change your plan, click the "Update Subscription" button. You will be presented with a list of available subscription options, including different tiers and the choice between "Monthly" or "Yearly" billing. Simply select the new plan you wish to switch to.

  4. Cancel Your Subscription: If you need to cancel your subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the main page of the billing portal. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
